★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicsit örülök is, hogy nem vettek fel (bár igazából hetek óta semmi visszajelzést nem adtak - noha azt igérték, elutasítás esetén is napokon belül szólnak - innen is látszik, hogy mennyire veszik komolyan az egészet). Egyetlen kiadó szobát mutattak, azt is bárminemű előzetes kitakarítás nélkül: szétdobált ruhák, kiöntött italok (vagy valami olyasmi) mindenhol, szűkös és sötét az egész tér. Annyi hely nincs a szobában az ágy és az asztal mellett, hogy megforduljon az ember. A közös helységekről is annyit, hogy a konyhában több centis ételmaradék és zsír borít minden berendezést, ott tornyosulnak a rothadó étellel teli mosatlan edények, a fürdőszoba pedig egyszerűen minden irányban penészes - és mindez úgy, hogy egy héttel előre le volt egyeztetve a megtekintés időpontja. Vajon milyen állapotok uralkodhatnak, amikor nem mennek oda a leendő bérlők? Egyszerűen elhanyagolt az egész: a bútorok ütöttek-kopottak, falak/padlók repedezettek, minden retkes, szemmel láthatóan semmi nincs karbantartva vagy takarítva. Hogy nem sül le a képük mindössze 8 négyzetméterért ilyen körülmények között 55-60 ezer Ft-ot plusz rezsit elkérni egy "szobáért"?
I’m also a little glad they weren’t picked up (although they haven’t really given me any feedback in weeks - although they promised, they’ll speak within days of rejection - it also shows how seriously they take it all). They showed a single room to rent, even without any kind of pre-cleaning: discarded clothes, spilled drinks (or something like that) everywhere, the whole space was cramped and dark. There is not enough space in the room next to the bed and table to turn around. The common areas are all that the kitchen is covered with several centimeters of food scraps and grease, there are unwashed dishes full of rotting food, and the bathroom is simply moldy in all directions - all with a scheduled appointment a week in advance. What conditions can prevail when prospective tenants do not go there? The whole thing is simply neglected: the furniture is punched-worn, the walls / floors are cracked, everything is sparse, apparently nothing is maintained or cleaned. How can they not take a picture for only 8 square meters in such circumstances to ask for 55-60 thousand HUF plus utilities for a "room"?
