L	Luppo Lui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I used this service I meet friendly members at the ticket office; every bus was clean had WiFi and came in time, also the arrivels. Oké, I speak Hungarian and I buy tickets days before I go.
D	Dustin Albright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did you just arrive to this bus station after a 17 hour ride through multiple countries on one uncomfortable bus and have a few hours to try to stretch your muscles out and rest while completely being out of the way of other passengers before you have to endure another 16 hour uncomfortable bus ride through multiple countries? Well don't you worry, friend because at Budapest Nepliget Bus Station, sleeping is by no means allowed, and this place's crack team of complete fking aholes will be sure to enforce it! Try to reason with them? They have no problem literally telling you to go outside in the cold and sleep then! Because why have humanity when you can be a massively unnecessary dick? Thanks, Budapest Nepliget Bus Station, for making my long trip back home even worse than it already was to begin with!
r	rahul riviera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually It’s quite good bus station. You can take bus for Europe as well for Hungary’s interior. Bus station have locker facility, Money exchange, Paid Toilet, Food parlor. Tram, métro station and CAR SHARING POINT is just opposite of the road.
A	Adam Kremer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus came on time, very nice and clean station. For M3 metro line to city center you need to use the special bus which is provided by them.
B	Bengisu Vural on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no tourist information on Sundays and the officer does not speak English so he could not help me changing Euro to Hungarian forint. Also there is no exchange office inside or around.
C	Cătălina Buşe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you think you can use the toilet while your bus has 5-10min. stop? Not that easy. You cannot pay by card, they don't have exchange. You also gotta run 1 floor down from where the buses stop. And on top of that why not have a lady scream at you? So, not being the lucky owner of 1 euro or some forint I was denied entry. Nepliget bus station you got to improve your services on this topic.
k	kiyan ahmadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While waiting for my bus to Vienna, I just wanted to make sure whether I needed to show my passport and vaccine certificate to anyone there or at some point during the trip toward Vienna. They have this bank-like system established upstairs where the international buses gather which 1) has super rude and stone-faced staff 2) for the most basic questions you have to get a number and wait your turn 3) I waited for more than 30 minutes with no one calling my number while they were not even slightly busy. Just a super thick air of inefficiency and lack of professionalism you feel hovering in the air. Much better to go to other travellers and get help from them. Also my flexibus had to vaguely stop at the border between Hungary and Austria with the driver having no intention whatsoever to update us about what is going on, making phone calls and yelling on his phone only. Lack of communication and transparency: 10/10
