★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pesti üzletben minket kedvesen szolgáltak ki. Segítőkész volt a hölgy. Az áraik jók, és raktárról tudtunk megvenni mindent. A korlátozások alatt is nyitva voltak 2021. márciusában.
We were kindly served in the Pest store. The lady was helpful. Their prices are good and we were able to buy everything from stock. They were also open in March 2021 during the restrictions.

Legközelebb is itt vásárlok.Ugyfelszolgalat 10/10 a vevőért vannak és nem forditva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosszú idő után kerültem másodszor is kapcsolatba a céggel. Az első eset óta több ismerősömnek ajánlottam már a netkazan.hu oldalt. Most örömmel tapasztaltam, hogy semmit nem romlott a szolgáltatásuk színvonala. A netes felület jól működik, a telefont felvevő munkatársaik készségességéről, felkészültségéről pedig minden hasonló cégnél példát vehetnének.
After a long time, I contacted the company for the second time. Since the first case, I have recommended the netkazan.hu page to several of my friends. Now I am pleased to see that the quality of their service has not deteriorated at all. The web interface works well, and their employees who pick up the phone could be an example of the skills and readiness of any similar company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször vásároltam már a cégtől. Eddig elégedett voltam, de a mai telefonbeszélgetésünk katasztrófális volt. Nulla kommunikáció, egy-egy flegma szó. Nem értem, hogy miért nem lehet a bojlerrel kapcsolatos kérdésemre egy szónál bővebben válaszolni.....Hát már nem szeretnék ettől a cégtől vásárolni! Sajnálom!
I have bought it from the company several times. So far, I’ve been pleased, but our phone conversation today was catastrophic. Zero communication, one phlegm word. I don't understand why I can't answer my question about the boiler in more than a word ..... Well, I don't want to buy from this company anymore! I'm sorry!
