Tisztában voltam vele, hogy ez egy hosszabb folyamat lesz, de mindenképp szerettem volna elvégeztetni szakemberrel a műveletet. Körülbelül 1 hét alatt vissza is kaptam a gépem, alaposan becsomagolva, minden feladott kiegészítőmmel együtt. A tisztítás, átvizsgálás és szoftverfrissítés pedig tökéletes lett. Még az általam elvégzett korábbi beállítások is megmaradtak a gépen! Köszönöm! I contacted the service for sensor cleaning and inspection, but due to the distance, only the courier was available. I was aware that this would be a longer process, but I definitely wanted to have the operation done by a professional. I also got my machine back in about 1 week, thoroughly packaged with all my accessories shipped. And the cleaning, scanning and software upgrade was perfect. Even the previous settings I made remained on the machine! Thanks!

Szenzortisztításra vittem be hozzájuk a vázam, sajnálatos módon a szervizből távozást követően lettem figyelmes arra, hogy a szemkagyló hiányzik a gépről. Ezúton köszönöm kollégáiknak, hogy néhány ezer forintos tétellel sikerült megkárosítaniuk. Bízom benne, hogy nagy hasznukra válik, ezzel a munkavégzéssel kellően hűek a Nikon márkaképviseletéhez. Take special care when disposing of accessories. I brought my frame to them for sensor cleaning, unfortunately after leaving the service I became aware that the eyecup is missing from the machine. I would like to thank their colleagues for damaging them with a few thousand forints. I am confident that they will benefit greatly from this work, they are loyal enough to the Nikon brand.

They couldnt help my right away because they needed to check the serial number first. Turned out that my camera wasnt a European model but this wasnt a problem at all. I received feedback within the next business day and after providing photos of the batteries and camera I was told that the batteries were ready to pick up after two days, because they needed to order them. Couldnt be happier with their service. I got everything I wanted, faster than expected. Thanks again.
G	George Sinescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls from the reception desk did not know a lot of things what I asked...first of all it would be good for Nikon HU to teach the girls what camera models the company has...on each of my questions I had to wait so the girl from reception went to the repair engineer and ask him then she came back with the answer...I lost 30 minutes for some questions that could take less than 5 minutes...
