★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tűző napon az utcán egy óra álldogálás után a páromat (amikor sorra kerültünk volna) elküldték, hogy az időpontra érkezők jönnek. Az előttünk álló két ügyfél kiszolgálása a két ügyintézőnek több, mint egy órájába telt. Keszthelyen vagy Veszprémben maximum 10 perc várakozás után, 10 perc alatt ki is szolgálnak. 20 év hűségért ennyi a hála. A Tmobile üzlet melleti Vodafonban a 20 (!!!) várakozót 1 óra alatt "lerendezték"!
On a stinting day, after an hour of standing on the street, my couple (when we would have been in line) were sent to arrive on time. It took the two clerks more than an hour to serve the two clients in front of us. In Keszthely or Veszprém, after waiting for a maximum of 10 minutes, they can be served in 10 minutes. That's all 20 years of gratitude. In Vodafon next to the Tmobile store, the 20 (!!!) waiters were "settled" in 1 hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dwa razy staliśmy w punkcie zupełnie niezauważeni. Nikt nie podszedł nas obsłużyć ani się nawet przywitać. Dodam, że nie było kolejki. Nie polecam.
Twice we stood completely unnoticed. Nobody came to serve us or even say hello. I will add that there was no queue. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A női ügyfélszolgålatos annyira nem ismerte a telekom programot, hogy a férfi munkatársának kellett diktálnia minden lépést a számítógépen.
The female customer service representative was so unfamiliar with the telecom program that the male employee had to dictate every step on the computer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nincs,rokkant feljàró, nagyon nehezen lehet bejutni, dolgoznak ott 4,en! Abból egy hölgy aki régóta ott dolgozik,az egyetlen aki szívét lelkét munkájának szenteli és ügyfélnek mindent elrendez!!!!
Unfortunately no, disabled ascendant, it is very difficult to get in, they work there 4, en! A lady who has been working there for a long time, the only one who dedicates her heart to her work and arranges everything for a client !!!!
