B	Bea Lollok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborítóan, nemtörődömök voltak ma /is/. 1 órát álltunk úgy az utcán, hogy bent 3 dolgozó és 1 ügyfél volt. Mikor végre bekerültem, mert az előttem állók feladták, akkor is flegmán odavetették, hogy a "főnökasszony " és a kollegina nem dolgozik, ügy-intéznek. Hát mi nem láttuk a nagy ügyintézést, inkább jó hangulatú csevejpartit. Ilyen kereskedői hozzáállást még nem láttam. Szerencsére nincs sok intézni valóm náluk, de ezentúl még ennyi sem lesz. Outrageously, they were careless today. We stood on the street for 1 hour with 3 workers and 1 customer inside. When I finally got in because those in front of me gave up, I was still phlegmatically thrown in by the fact that the "boss" and the colleague were not working, doing business. Well, we didn't see the big administration, but rather a good-natured chat party. I have never seen such a merchant attitude. Luckily, I don’t have much to do with them, but from now on there won’t be that much.

M	Milán Vajda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintéző igazán mindent megtett, hogy sikerüljön valamit elintéznem, de a Telekom rendszere nem hagyta. :) Szimpatikus volt, hogy nem az a tipikus üzlet, ahol várják a fizikailag megtestesülő ügyfelet (már megint egy ügyfél, pfúj), hanem telefonon is egyeztetnek az ügyfelekkel. Amikor ott jártam épp nem volt jelen vásárló, de valakivel telefonon beszélték át a lehetőségeket. Nagyobb bizalom alakul ki egy olyan helyen, ahol aztán személyesen is lehetőség van megjelenni, mint amikor vadidegen, nem visszahívható ügynökök hívogatják az előfizetőket azzal az egyetlen céllal, hogy ott és akkor eladjanak valamit. (Ez utóbbi hosszú távon nem kifizetődő.) The clerk really did everything I could to arrange something, but the Telekom system didn’t let me. :) It was sympathetic that it is not the typical business where they are waiting for the physically embodied customer (again a customer, he blows), but they also consult with the customers by phone. When I was there, there was no customer present, but they talked to someone over the phone about the options. Greater trust develops in a place where it is then possible to appear in person than when wild strangers, non-recallable agents call subscribers for the sole purpose of selling something there and then. (The latter does not pay off in the long run.)

Teljesen elégedett vagyok, egyértelmű ajánlás!? I’ve been to the store several times in recent days, talking to virtually all three clerks. They were kind, patient and helpful. I am completely satisfied, a clear recommendation! ?

Az ügyfélszolgálaton minden gond nélkül (doboz nélkül!) visszavették a készülékeket. Segítökész, informatív volt az ügyintézö hölgy (Vivien), utólag is köszönet a gyors, fájdalommentes ügyintézésért!
