Our Staff: By training to create a balanced, Happy Work Place (by Team Building, Social games, Staff training ) we strive to make our customers happy.
Our team is very important and if they are happy then our street, our city , our guests can be happier. By trying to do several team building events every month:
- Bowling
- Guitar lessons
- Handcraft Making
- Billiards
- Picnic at Normafa
- And the list goes on…
WE TRY TO CREATE A HAPPIER ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR TEAM AND CUSTOMERS. WE ARE NOT THERE YET, WE STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO, BUT WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST!!! IT TAKES TIME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are nice, clean and very comfortable with lots of room to spare. Although the location is good, at night is a bit scary to go out, not suitable for families at night, but during the day seems fine. If you aren’t a good driver, don’t book this hotel, otherwise you will have trouble parking in their underground garage.
The staff is really cool and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customers service was very good and the apartment was very clean and quiet. It was really good and comfortable for a family of six. 3adults and 3children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting building, nice two bedroom apartment. Dishwasher was non-functioning as well as the heater in the shower room, but wasn’t really needed. The staff were very friendly. Tons of places to eat right there/short walking distance. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great spacious and very clean rooms, all Kitchen facilities you need, easy key access to apartment, so no need to worry about late check in, car park on site. To call to Reception 24/7, great location and very good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Very bad neighborhood, a lot of homeless people around. The apartment building is dirty, I lot of noises at the crack of dawn. I didn't feel safe. The apartment needed a renovation and wasn't really clean. The dish washing machine didn't work. We couldn't use the garage because it has a 1.9 hight limit.

The room was cleaned once every 3 days, as well as the new towels.
Location good.
The reception os next to the entrance.
No breakfast of course.
The room was spacy and the furniture were very good.
The temperature in the room was ideal for winter time.
The tap water was drinkable.
