A nice hotel to stay, a short walk to most places. We especially enjoyed the facilities.

Dirty, old, loud, leaking pipes. All my stuff got wet because of a leak in the ceiling. 0 stars and do not recommend. European version of motel 8 with extremely photoshopped photos. Stay away.

You advertise a 5star hotel. I have several arguments in opposition to that, and I will start in chronological order from the moment when I entered the hotel. 1. I enter the reception and meet people who work in different clothes and uniforms. One guy has a casual open button blazer, and somebody else has something even more casual. Why not have the same standard for all staff members, and exclude casual clothing? If it was a three star hotel, fine... The door to the backoffice was open and there are coca-cola bottles and plenty of other rubbish that makes the place look like a cheap dvd-store rental. First the guy helps me, then the woman helps me, and then they are a little bit confused as to who should help me. Dont you have some sort of system as to who does what, when? 2. In the room I first have to ask for a blanket, then pillow and then bedlinen. We were three people staying, so we need three setups, right? While in the room, the only thing that was done with regards to room service was the refill of the minibar. Nothing else. Old food stayed on the table for the whole stay etc. The apartment also only had 2sets of forks and stuff. Three people checked in individually, but nobody thought of setting up the room for three people - weird, since its an apartment hotel. 3. The spa is the nicest picture on booking.com and of the main reasons that we chose you. Alas, it is a poor representation of reality. Its very small, only 5 seats at the pool. Of course they were busy when we came so what should we do? Sit on the floor? We deiced to hangin the pool for a bit and wait for somebody to leave. The sauna was super tiny so we were waiting for the other people to come out before we could go in. While in there, there was not even a proper bucket for the water. Come on! A white, old, plastic bucket that we scooped water out of directly with no scoop even. Seriously? And the girl who brought us the water put some oil in it, dont know what it was but it was not a pleasant scent. Its great if you wanna offer oils, they can be nice, but make it optional at least. Perhaps put some bottles in the sauna that people can use themselves? 4. The girl who worked in the spa looked like a teenager. Nothing wrong with that, except she behaved as one in terms of being glued to her phone. She had civil clothes with airpods and was playing on her phone. I mean, seriously? Has any of you guys ever been to a five star place before? Go check it out and get some inspiration. You dont dress like this, or sit with your head glued to your phone while you are working. In other places where spa members dont have much to do they activate themselves and do other things. They behave professionally and know their area of work. Your staff are friendly and kind, but this is the minimum requirement of any place. Besides that it all looked very unprofessional and simple. The pool had some broken lists at the end where the wave/pressure comes out, it needs fixing. You should look for older staff members, more professional staff members with proper training. Looks like you just picked some random people to work for you, with no experience or prior training. Many of your staff members are young and im sure somewhat ambitious. With the right training and provision of tools, im sure they will do good things for your hotel. But it is the responsibility of the management to create a culture where customers feel that they get what they pay for. Thus, this feedback is directed towards the general manager. When i left to pick up my car from the garage, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the whole garage. Cant your staffmembers go smoke somewhere else? There is no air extraction from the garage so its like a smoking chamber. Great last impression.

We stay it for 3 night. It is not 5 stars hotel, I give 1-2 stars. The rooms are old fashion, tv is very old, no drinking water in the rooms, only for money, staff was very bad english speaking, breakfast very tiny. Sorry, but…

Can I put a start? So I got tested positive of covid I made 2 reservations to this hotel 2 months ago but I finally paid for the wrong reservation (without insurance). I even contacted them to verify it was the correct reservation and they never mentioned any error. I contacted the hotel many times to see if we can rebook in the lower season and they told me that they can not refund or find a solution! The funny thing is that the manager is not able to take a call and the reservation guy is totally useless. They even charge me for the city tax even though I can't even arrive to that country! You want a recommendation from someone who has visited more than 30 countries? DON'T GO THERE! Thielf!!!!! never again! booking shouldn't work with this hotel!

Pictures of this hotel is not real. Very good photoshop! It is not 5 stars hotel! Maybe 3 star. Looks like hostel. Dirty carpets. Reception and restaurant personal is not professionals. They don’t wait for us when we come. We have reservation by Booking.com. We can’t go from parking to hotel two times - they did not answer on calls. We have big luggage and baby stroller. Room was with shower, not with bath how we reserved. Breakfast with old hum and bananas. All impressions about Budapest was sad. But we was there many times and we like it. I don’t recommend this hotel. I don’t see any good things there. Sorry.

The comfiest beds and pillows, slept like a baby here. Although the area it is in not fantastic and a bit run down. Avoid the Jewish quarter as it's the party area. Otherwise very nice hotel for very good price. Also no bath in our room ? breakfast is not great either.

Wonderful trip in a very nice hotel with such a lovely staff. Breakfasts were amazing, the room was clean and so quiet. We appreciated that the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I forgot my curvier and then kindly sent it back to France. I recommend this place without any doubts, if you read me thank you so much again ! Budapest was better thanks to you (and the nice pool :p)
