★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my friend visited Budapest and I got chance to experience the hospitality of this place which was very good. Room was very neat and clean. All the staffs were helpful and kind and seems like they are very professional in their job.
One of the most recommended hotel in Budapest. Not to much expensive but service is top class.
By saying all this I’m not saying they are perfect but service they provide in the price they offer is quite good. Every place has up and down hope they will maintain their service like this or even make more progress.
A perfect well deserved Five Star ⭐️ from my own experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place for a conference, although 4 stars as it’s not very close to the historic / tourist city centre. It’s on a nice park with a good restaurant at the other end of it.
Conference facilities were good quality and well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms have somewhat tiny toilets. Intelligent design being splitting the WC from the bathtub/wash basin so that 2 person can handle different things simultaneously. Unfortunate path was the bath tub is quite small (cut off in length) and the WC is super cramped into a small "room".
Breakfast spread is reasonable. Less variety when compared to Novotel Krakow City West which I stopped by in the previous leg of my tour. Do note that breakfast is 6.30am on the dot, if you intend to or need to leave early for the day, you have to plan ahead for this.
