Me and my fiancé ordered a pizza and didn’t notice that the pizza is with pepperoni, I’m a vegan?
I asked to ordered another pizza (and to pay for it because it was my mistake to didn’t notice)
And the manager didn’t agree ti take the money and insist to gave me the pizza without any fee!
I really recommend you gays, go to vapiano ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places to eat! Great atmosphere, great food (in most cases at least), sometimes they take too long but always worth the wait.
Their salads are as good as their pastas and pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, with pretty good portions. The place could do with a good clean, our table was a bit sticky and had crumbs from the previous patrons. It would also be nice to have a tasty pizza sauce given with the order if someone wants some extra drippy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup was without any flavor almost as served in the hospitals. The pasta was not fully prepared while the garlic was rotten. The taste is horrible, and the place is dirty. No hygienic culture. Avoid it if you don't want to waste your money.

They never manage to send everything (once they forgot the chicken, once the grana padano) or they pack it so poorly that it goes away and you're not able to eat the full meal. This happened fourth time in a row with them, so something is seriously wrong with their delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably small and poor serving and quality. Brown lettuce! 1 cherry tomato! Small serving of chicken. Price 2950ft so not worth it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not order again.
