★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel! The only thing is that some service was not available! The food was good. Good with children lot's of game for them. The backwater area is nice and can do a hiking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it started the first day. We didn't get the promised chocolate. The next day after the notification we received it as written on their site. The day after that we got one less, and so it went on for days. When asked why they give us one chocolate less than before, the answer was that the child doesn't eat chocolate ...? Please? Our baby is not a thing! And I'm not talking about cleaning. Dirt, spiders and dirt in the indoor pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad hotel, very nice surroundings, amazing personnel (very very nice), wellness (indoor, outdoor pool, gym), nice breakfast and very good coffee (brewed); main food a bit spicy but in general tasty; the venue and the furniture seemed a bit aged, the closets had a musty odor, walls quite thin. But very nice area to go for walks and there's even a small grocery shop and a local bakery. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice, friendly staff, clean rooms, food mostly quite good and a nice spa area. However, there is also some room for improvement. Service can vary quite a lot, especially if they have a wedding and the other hotel guests are not the first priority.
In our case, they told us about the weddings only after receiving advance payment (anyways a strange thing to ask from regular guests who come for years). We would have come anyways, but that is not the correct way of communication.
Furthermore, while the food the offer is great, they could offer a little more (e.g. fresh fruits).
