★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Prímás sziget észak-nyugati csücskén épített obeliszken leng az esztergomi Országzászló.
Felállításáról egy 1933-ban tartott ülésén tárgyalt a városi képviselő-testület. Némi vita után született meg a döntés, aztán 1935. október 6-án felavatták a Gáthy Zoltán és ifjú Toldy János mérnökök terve alapján készült zászlót.
 Built on the northwestern corner of the Primas Island, the Obelisk waves the National Flag of Esztergom.
Its establishment was discussed at a meeting of the city council in 1933. After some controversy, the decision was made, and on October 6, 1935, the flag was created based on the plans of Zoltán Gáthy and János Toldy young engineers.
