Annyian vannak a fogadótérben, hogy nem lehet megmozdulni!!!!! The slow man belonging to the called number was already gone because he was tired of waiting and the clerk did not call the other number. There are so many in the reception area that you can't move !!!!!

Ismerősömnek kellett ügyet intézni, telefonon nem elérhetőek, vissza sem hívnak, hogy várják el, hogy 80év felett az ügyfélnek legyen internet használati képessége, email címe, stb. Így nem kell csodálkozni az ügyfelek "elégedettségén". I didn’t regret not choosing this bank. I had to deal with a friend, they are not available by phone, they do not call me back to expect that the customer over the age of 80 has the ability to use the internet, email address, etc. So you shouldn’t be surprised at customer “satisfaction”.

V	Varga Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A számlaügyintézés lehetetlen. A hölgy lassú és két ügyfél között eltűnik 20-30 percekre. Nem egy ember unta meg a várakozást,köztük én is,mert a 40 perc várakozás után tudtam még egy óra mire jutunk is valamire ha sorra kerülök. Inkább utazok,de megyek másik fiókba,aztán másik bankhoz.A többi ablaknál üresen ültek, a váró tele volt. Egyáltalán nem ügyfélközpontú fiók. Account management is impossible. The lady is slow and disappears between two clients for 20-30 minutes. Not a single person was bored with the wait, including me, because after 40 minutes of waiting, I knew even an hour before we could get to something if I was in line. I prefer to travel, but go to another branch, then to another bank. They sat empty at the other windows, the waiting room was full. Not a customer-centric account at all.
T	Tamás Zoltán Sándor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szeretek pozitívan értékelni, ezúttal azonban nem tudok! Az ebédidőmet felhasználva mentem a fiókba, ahol 35 percet várakoztam, mire végre sorra kerültem. Autó nyereménybetét-könyvet szerettem volna nyitni ajándékba. A hölgy közölte velem, hogy Ő nem tud segíteni, mert rossz sorszámot húztam, ezt a pénztárban lehet intézni. Eddig nagyjából OK., én is hibáztam, tudnom kellett volna, hogy ez befektetés, stb. Ezt követően azonban nem az következett, hogy rendben, akkor átirányít, és én leszek a következő a pénztárban, hanem menjek, és ezt és azt a menüpontot választva húzzak új sorszámot... A fiókban kis területen kb.10-en várakoztak ekkor. Eljöttem és megerősítettem magamban, hogy miért is nem vagyok az OTP ügyfele! I like to evaluate positively, but this time I can’t! Using my lunch time, I went to the drawer, where I waited 35 minutes before it was finally my turn. I wanted to open a car prize book as a gift. The lady told me she couldn’t help because I drew the wrong serial number, this can be arranged at the checkout. So far pretty much OK., I made a mistake too, I should have known it was an investment, etc. After that, however, it didn’t follow that it was okay, it would redirect me and I would be the next one at the checkout, but I would go and pull this and that menu item to draw a new serial number ... There were about 10 people waiting in the small area of the account at that time. I came and confirmed to myself why I am not an OTP customer!
G	Gábor Bicsák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csütörtök. 15-óráig van ügyfélfogadás, de 13-óra után már nem tudnak kifizetni, amivel csak ott szembesülök. Utazz holnap is, vegyél ki szabit, oldd meg.. :( Thursday. There’s a customer reception until 3pm, but after 1pm they can’t pay anymore, which I only face there. Travel again tomorrow, take out the tailor, solve it .. :(
H	Horváth Nagy Dóra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon nem tudtàk megoldani a problémámat, e-mail -re 2 hét után sem vàlaszoltak! Az ÜRES bankfiókban, kb 5 ügyintéző volt, és így is 10 perc várakozás után kerültem sorra. Lekezelő, arogáns ügyintézésben volt részem, egy csepp segítőkészség, kedvesség sem volt a hölgyekben. Ezek utàn úgy döntöttem, hogy nem is kell a segítségük, inkább megszüntettem a szàmlàmat. They couldn't solve my problem by phone, they didn't reply to e-mail after 2 weeks! There were about 5 clerks in the EMPTY bank branch, and I still had 10 minutes to wait. I was involved in arrogant, arrogant administration, there was not a drop of helpfulness or kindness in the ladies. After that, I decided I didn’t even need their help, I rather closed my account.
