Pénz be és kifizetés jegyet húztam, mert átutalni szerettem volna, de olyan rovat nem volt a jegykiadón. Néhány perc után sorra kerültem. Közölte, hogy nem jó zsetont húztam és vannak vannak még előttem ezért nem tud segíteni. Ha senki sem várna ide, akkor az más lenne. Sorba álltam újra immár mindkét zsetonnal. Az ügyintézés sorban az előttem lévő, már fél órája várt, míg kedvenc pénztárosomnál öt perc volt a várakozás. Szabálytartó pénztárosunknál el is fogyott a várakozó. Odamentem, mert szólította a sorszámot. Közben befutott mögém valaki és sorszámot húzott. A pénztáros felsóhajtott. Sajnos most sem utalhatunk, mert ismét jött valaki és őt nem várakoztathatja miattam. Közben a több mint félórája várakozó sorban senki sem végzett. Otthagytam mert nem tudtam többet várni, elmentem egy másik fiókba, de már csak másnap tudtam utalni. Értékelésem a személyre vonatkozik, de az ügyfél számára aznap ő volt az OTP. Főszámláról szerettünk volna levenni pénzt ( másik fiókban sikerült is), de itt azt a választ kaptuk, hogy nincs jogosultságuk hozzá. Szívem szerint nullára értékelném a fiókot ha lehetne olyat. 0 segitőkészség és 0 ügyfélközpontúság. Horrible service, incompetent customer service. Ráadásul az agyonreklámozott szuper OTP bank alkalmazás is aktívan jelzi a bankfiókot és az ATM-et a térképen. ?? Nagyon kedves volt mindig, gyorsan és hatékonyan megoldotta a problémát. Külön plusz, hogy nem küldött el külsős valutaváltóhoz, amit már tapasztaltam máshol. Sajnos elköltözött a Campona másik végébe, és az automata sem maradt. Nagyon remélem, hogy legalább egy ki-befizető automata marad valahol a posta, patika oldalon is, nem csak a Tesco felől.
