★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A felújítás óta itt egyszerűen nem lehet ügyet intézni, legalább 5 alkalommal másik fiókba mennem, korábban nem volt itt negatív tapasztalatom.
Since the renovation, there is simply no case here, I have to go to another account at least 5 times, I have not had a negative experience here before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kártyát jöttem csak átvenni. Gondotam 5 perc és megvagyok. Sorszám húzás, szám szerint 10 ember vár előttem. Egyetlen pult van nyitva egy kedves idősebb hölgy próbál helytállni. Mindenki ingerült mert kb 40 perc mire sorra kerül az ember. Közben a belső ablakon át látjuk ,hogy bent ketten kavezgatnak. Kopogunk,próbálunk benyitni de semmi, pedig még ki is néztek,hogy ki kopogtat. Mindenért díjat számolnak fel,de gyakorlatilag 0 a szolgáltatás. Ajánlom a Revolutot az OTP helyett, mert az gyakorlatilag ingyenes és pénzt is lehet váltani vele korrekt árfolyamon.
I just came to pick up a card. I thought for 5 minutes and I'm fine. Serial number pull, number 10 people waiting in front of me. A single counter is open for a lovely older lady trying to stand up. Everyone is irritated because it's about 40 minutes before it's time. Meanwhile, through the inner window, we see two people roaming inside. We knock, we try to open it but nothing, even though they even looked at who was knocking. There is a charge for everything, but there is virtually 0 for the service. I recommend Revolut instead of OTP, because it is practically free and you can exchange money with it at a fair exchange rate.

First of all, this was a no cash branch. On their English website, it doesn't tell which branch can deal with cash or not.
Second, no person in the whole bank spoke English. Disgusting.
Third, when calling the central number, no English speaking representative is there to help.
This is probably the worst bank in Hungary.
