★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csütörtökön 15.15 re érkeztünk Debrecen Piac utcai OTP fiókba, bankszámlát szeretünk volna nyitni, de közölték hogy későn érkeztem és ma már nem tudnak segíteni pedig 16 óráig van nyitvatartás. Pedig kb 8 db ügyfél volt összesen a bankba .
 On Thursday we arrived at the OTP branch on Debrecen Piac street at 15.15, we would like to open a bank account, but they informed me that I arrived late and today they can't help it and it is open until 16:00. And there were about 8 customers in the bank in total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat, kritikán aluli, kb. 25-ször nyomtam meg a kínomat jelző 0-t, de folyton-folyvást csak annyira telt a géphangnak, hogy Ön nem adta meg a kért számot. Volna egy korszak alkotó ötletem, szüntessék meg s akkor sokkal nyugisabb lenne az ügyfelek élete. Még jó hogy géphang, mert igen csak csuklana a rokonsága.
Telephone customer service, below criticism, is approx. I pressed the 0 indicating my torment 25 times, but the machine sound was so continuous that you did not enter the requested number. I would have an idea that would form an era, eliminate it and then the lives of the customers would be much calmer. It's good to have a machine voice, because it's very close.

I ordered a debit card and after 1 month of visiting the bank to check if I can collect it. They tell me that we cannot find your card even though they already charged me its fees. And they want me to order a new one and pay its fees again.
The worst bank and the worst experience ever.
