★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm atmosphere, a highly professional waitress, a sophisticated risotto presented on a sophisticated platter. This niveau of risotto is possibly hard to find.
Also the succhini is made in a creamy sauce and perfectly coocked. It is not expensive for what you get.
Why 4 and not 5 stars: Despite of the high level on the food, the mango limonade and it’s balance, it needs more freshness/acidity. The glass and ice crunch “cafeteria style” and could have been upgraded to ice cubes and a more sophisticated glass. Sometimes there is a lot of noice there, it gets a bit “public” and crowded, especially in the tourist season.

The mushroom truffle pizza was very good, but the other signature dishes like the pasta with truffle and the veal and chicken consume we're all lower than 3 star. The veal was thin and tasteless and the pasta and soup had lack luster flavor. Service and ambiance we're fine and so was the location. But I would pass on this place ...
