OXO Bubble Tea - OXO Bubble Tea

Unfortunately, this one star is exactly one more than what I want to give. Today, August 7, 2021, at 5:30 pm, I ordered four teas of different flavors. I was told I had to wait, so I sat down at a table a few feet from the counter and watched when it would be ready. No one looked at us either, I went back a few minutes later to ask if he might be ready. Yes, it was done, but they couldn’t tell which one tasted what. They didn’t even try to help, they immediately asked for the block and added that “I placed the order half an hour ago, they don’t remember”. Luckily for them, I had my block, which showed the time of the order (8 minutes earlier) and that I paid 6950 forints for the 4 teas, the taste of which they couldn't even guess. One was an alcoholic beverage and I didn’t want to give it to a minor even by accident, so I asked to be marked. They didn’t take it seriously until I asked for the buyers ’book. The lady co-worker apologized, but the gentleman was, to put it mildly, immodest and although I do not want to quote her words, I am reporting one of the worst experiences of my life. His style was so condescending that I was already feeling uncomfortable. The only icing on the cake was that, as it turned out, one of the teas was made completely differently than we had asked for, but after asking customers for a book, they offered to make that tea again. In my opinion, such people (especially the gentleman) should not serve more customers. I’m sorry that the employee’s behavior also leaves a negative mark on OXO Bubble Tea’s reputation.

My stomach ached from the tea. It is not ruled out that degraded raw material was added to it. It is outrageous that they can do this
