Nagyon ritka az ilyen hely, így ha bármi gond, vagy kérdés adódik akkor csak oda megyek. Jó helyen van, a parkolás a piaci nap kivétel nem okoz gondot. The two ladies working there are extremely kind and helpful. They give detailed answers to every question and are helpful to the customer in everything. J	János Kanalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több SMS-t és e-mailt kaptam a Telekomtól hogy a megrendelt termék már a futárnál van. Ha megérkezik átvehető a Lacházai Telekom üzletben. Egész nap vártam az értesítést hogy megérkezett, négyszer próbáltam hívni telefonon az üzletet egyszer sem vették föl. Zárás előtt fél órával már átmentem Kiskunlacházára Ráckevéről, hátha megjött a megrendelésem. Amikor átadta a telefont a számomra az ott dolgozó hölgy akkor küldte el az értesítést hogy megérkezett a készülék. Ott ültem vele szemben az üzletben és épp írtam alá a papírt amikor megkaptam tőle az értesítést hogy mehetek be az üzletbe átvenni a telefont. Szerintem akkor kellett volna küldeni amikor valóban megérkezett órákkal korábban,vagy legalább föl kell venni a telefont ha már meg van adva egy szám az interneten. A tegnapi napon pedig 45 percet álltunk kint az ajtó előtt, el jellett jönnünk, mert időpontra mentünk máshova, be sem jutottunk. A hölgy, aki ott volt 2 percet mondott, amikor megkérfldeztem mikor tudunk bemenni. Még 5 percet vártunk.... I could not buy a SIM card for about 1 month. Segíteni persze nem tudtak, így inkább online megoldottam a problémát. Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy igénybe vegye a szolgáltatásukat. There was a woman and a man in the store, we call them salesmen. The "gentleman" spoke to me in a terribly condescending style. Of course, they couldn't help, so I solved the problem online instead. I do not recommend anyone to use their service.
