Best chicken paprishka in town! Very fast and good service! Few tables but they clear very fast. Definitely I will recommend to more people! You can choose the side dish and mix as you want, also comes with bread!

Good Hungarian food for relatively good price. Staff speaks English. The chicken and the fish soup were especially good. They accept credit card. Tables are available for eating at location

This unassuming counter in an upstairs corner of the market served me the most mind-blowingly tasty paprikash I’ve ever had. Coupled with sauce-laden dumplings and roasties, I seriously don’t know how I’m ever going to recover.

Sausage and lemonade are good but stuffed cabage tastes salty with the core of rice and a lil bit meat pair with pickle cabage tasted like choucroute in alsace of france but even more expensive than sausage and potato (i don't like it myself). Staffs can speak english and fast service. Reasonable price. Recommened any way!

Nice traditional Hungarian food! :) make sure you try the goulash soup - it is fat but tasty (the beef inside is super soft!). The menu is quite small, but everything we took was delicious! Also, we liked the friendly staff and reasonable prices.

We have had the Hungarian fishsoup and the selfmade lemonade. Both were surprisingly tasty. The man who served us was very friendly and committed. Thumbs up

Food was really nice for a good price and the service was fast and friendly. I would like to come back next time, the beef stew was amazing.

Our first time visiting this Central Market Hall. the ground floor of this big building is nothing special just a normal market where you can buy your veggies and fruits. they also sell some other non food stuff on the ground floor but as a tourist you're really not interested in buying groceries (but it's nice to take some pictures and smell the vibe i guess) the real action is when you ascend the stairs to the first floor... lots of Tourists going to the Hungarian restaurant stalls and one of them we caught eye on was Panorama etelbar. we ordered three dishes the meatballs, beefstew with dumplings and the classic stuffed cabbage leaves. the beefstew was really tasty! we liked eating beefstew as it really gives that savory satisfaction you seek when eating lunch. the Stuffed cabbage leaves and Meatballs had the same content i think...they all contained meat and a little bit of rice mixed in it?...well that's what we tasted....as you can also see on the pictures. not sure if that is how it should have been but it really wasn't all that special (but definitely nice to try when you are in Budapest) The tomato sauce was really thick and creamy (isn't really my kind of sauce...i like it a little bit more watery) but I guess this is the style how they do it here in Hungary. In overall i think this place was okay to eat (no culinary boomers over here but you get what you pay for...it was dead cheap for these three dishes) if you're on the first floor you must eat one of those stalls. definitely try different things if you're with alot of people. Hungarian cuisine has so many different dishes you should try most of them before going back ;-)
