I've never been to Lake Balaton in winter. It was very peaceful. Waiters are nice, smiling.

Late autumn report. The house is in a great location. Close to the beach with the beach, if you want to go hiking, you can still find yourself in the woods in minutes. The panorama is really wonderful, from the living room and the larger bedroom there is an unobstructed view of the lake, there is also a terrace. The price of this is that you have to cover about 3 floors up from the street, partly on a ramp, and at the end on a narrow staircase. For those who can't stand it, it's not recommended. Behind the house there is a spacious, pleasant, slightly romantic garden with a ping pong table, a fireplace, a children's climbing frame and a hammock. It was very cozy so it was beautiful in the fall. The kitchen is well equipped, there are also two large refrigerators, although they are practically constantly buzzing, but you can live with it. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. The micro is a bit low cost. The dining room is windowless, very spacious, in one space with the kitchen, a good big table, okay. From here you can open almost everything else: the washbasins, two smaller bedrooms, the panoramic large bedroom and the living room. One of the two smaller bedrooms opens onto the dining table, making it quite difficult to access when the dining room is used. The other is a bit strangely furnished, barely fit from the closet, but can be used if not comfortably. There is also a third small bedroom, which opens from the foyer, better separated. The washbasin consists of two rooms. One is a full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (only the shower curtain is missing, but very much), the other is a narrow, windowless hole with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sink was also outside the door. The living room is spacious, comfortable, large sofa, flat screen tv, amplifier, shelves, books. It could all be very good if we hadn’t stumbled step by step on things that evoke a sense of neglect. For example, there was a window that could only be opened with a strong pull, whenever we tried, or the almost ineffective flushing of loud refrigerators, curtains, toilets, etc. There were also problems with cleanliness, I felt this was a bit "off-season", I hope they clean it more carefully in the summer. Overall, the location of the place raises my rating to 4 stars, otherwise I should pay more attention so that the apartment is not just a storehouse of possibilities.
