E	Easthvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best car share service in Hungary. Approx half price compared to taxi, while it is worth vs public transportation only if 3 of you take a car. The only service with all electric cars!!! Plenty of cars but this would boom as a business if they had 3 times as many cars of not 5 times.
K	Krisztina Holovcsák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The registration is lengthy and slow approval time. The app itself is outdated and not user friendly. Upon trying to rent one of their cars multiple errors occurred and the car was unavailable after some trying. Reported the issue to customer services and luckily the deducted fees are transferred back to my account. On the phone they automatically use the friendly greetings and tone which is not professional in my opinion, as I am not their friend but rather an now (ex) customer but they said that’s what their policy is. There are more user friendly and better service providers on the market so I decided to use them instead. The way the registration process, service and the app is constructed is definitely a no go for me in of our highly tech infused life.

The departure time of the transfer from their parking slot to the airport is in line with the hotel's transfer. I suggest to share the timetable on the website so one can plan the timing beforehand.

Thank you for providing not only a great car sharing service but an exceptional customer service as well!

This business model only good for the company, we lost 3k from our 5k Ft, after 2 weeks… it is frustrating if you have to pay for an other plan cause you ran out of balance just by a few forints after a longer ride, then you don’t need green go for some weeks and you are losing all of your money. It is totally not user friendly. Otherwise it would be a great idea (clean and eco friendly cars, big service area, lots of vehicles) but this ruins the whole experience. PS: you dont even get a notification or an email to alert you about the “soon-to-be-stolen” money. Pathetic.
J	John W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service, the application hangs on the registration it crashes, and it doesn't let you submit pictures, or it does but in the wrong capture and the result is that these super genius customer service people asking you 3500 huf to re enable the verification process, sharenow and mol limo are much better and no issues..
z	zsakovits laszlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using GreenGo for many years now and never have major issues except a few days ago when the car would not open for us. We We were 60 kms from the city stuck between two villages. It took some time but the guys( with two cars) came and rescued us ,basically they took us home and apologized for the inconvenience. Accidents happen ,cars broke down all the time so I’m not upset or disappointed but a little faster response would have been awesome…However , great job guys thanks for the rescue!??

They're not a big corporation just greenwashing. I've been using them for a long time and I can't recommend them enough. The app works well 99% of the time, and when it doesn't, a call to they their friendly, helpful, and English-speaking customer services solves the issue in a matter of minutes. They deserve to have earned my patronage and loyalty!
