Nem erőszakolhatnak olyat rám amit nem tudok már csinálni. Nagyon elegem van hogy ezt teszik egy beteg emberrel. Sokszor menni is alig tudok mert nagy fajdalmam van. Egyedül élek segitségem nincs! Kb 40 percet vartunk addig egy idopontos erkezet. A Tettyes ugyintezok kevesen voltak, a biokomos es a tobbi egymassal trecselt, az ugyfelek meg az iroda elott vartak. Nem tudom, hogy egy ugyfelszolgalaton miert nem tud mindenki mindennel foglalkozni, idaig mar a posta is eljutott, nem kvantum fizika. Minden szamitogepen van nem kunszt betanulni. Egyszoval szinvonal alatti. It's terribly slow to be honest. There is a lot to look forward to for Tettyes customers. It is not possible to book an appointment for the whole year yesterday. Ügyféltérben kötelező a maszk, éppen csak a biztonsági őrön, a hosteszen és az ügyféltéren áthaladó saját alkalmazottakon nincs maszk. Sorszámhúzás után negyven perccel kettő ügyféllel végzett a két ügyintéző, a harmadik ebédelni vonult vissza 11-kor, feladtam, elfogyott az erre szánt egy órám. Türelmetlenségemben elcsíptem egy ügyintézőt, aki segített az ügyfélszámomat lekeresni, így már tudtam időpontot foglalni. (Kedves és segítőkész volt, külön köszönet neki! A kettőből egy csillag neki köszönhető.). Második felvonás: péntek reggel 07.57-kor érkezés a 8.00-ás időpontra. Türelmesen megvárom a 8.00-át, majd belépek a nyitott épületbe. Bent zsibvásári hangulat, maszk senkin, reggeli traccsparti. Biztonsági őr (másik), rámförmed. Hova megy, nincs még nyolc óra! Szép antré. Miután tájékoztattam, hogy igen, kegyesen nyom nekem sorszámot, majd kézzel lábbal magyarázza a tegnapi hosztesznek, hogy micsoda primitív ügyfelek vannak. Miután az ügyintéző viszonylag gyorsan elintézi az ügyemet, kifelé nem magyarázom el el egyik érintettnek sem (addigra már van maszkjuk, ezek szerint 8.02-kor támad először a vírus ebben az épületben), azt, hogy mit jelent az ügyfélszolgálat kifejezés, és az ezzel illetett szolgáltatás. Javaslom az ügyfélszolgálat vezetőjének, hogy mielőtt felvesz valakit ide dolgozni, kérdezze meg, ismerik- e a jelölt az ügyfél és a szolgálat szavak, valamit ezek együttes értelmét. Hasznos lenne. Ugyanebben a helységben van a biokom,pétáv...eon 30 méterre...nekik jó volt:) Mindenki konstruktív és segítőkész volt csak ez a nyomorult Tettye nem... A negativum hogy gyakorlatilag vége a koronavírus jarványnak akkor minek eröltetik a kötelezö idöpontot kérést! Legyen ugy mint régen a covid hiszti elött! Idöpont nélkül is lehessen menni ügyeket intezni es számlát befizetni! És nincs kerékpártároló sem a ügyfélszolgálat elött! I regularly submit cases and pay bills to Tettyeforrasház kft. The negative thing is that the coronavirus is practically over, so why is the mandatory date requested! Be as you used to before the covid thinks! It would be possible to go and do business and pay the bill without a time! And there is no bike storage in front of the customer service either!
