Az egyik készüléket sajnos előzetesen egyeztetve nem tudta elválalni.
Viszont ez esetben segítséget kaptam merre is induljak el. ( Azóta ez a készülék is rendben van )
Összeségében nagyon pozitív volt a kommunikáció és a javítás gyorsasaga is.
