★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing ambience. We enjoyed our meals with live music. The food is worth the wait but it preferable to book a table in advance.
We enjoyed all the dishes and would recommend this to anyone looking for authentic hungarian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect way to spend our first night in Budapest! Lovely live music, gorgeous restaurant, and brilliant food! We got the cold platter (meat and cheese) and mince pancakes to start, then the duck with cabbage pasta and pork with parsnip purée and cauliflower for mains, and it was all incredible! We also had a bottle of white wine which was lovely, and we got a free aperitif when we received the bill, which came to around £50 - great value. Our host, Monika, was absolutely lovely and a credit to the restaurant also and made us feel so welcome :) highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dinner was amazing. I had goose meat and goose liver with veggy risotto. It was delicious. Everyone was content with their food. The Syrah Hungarian wine was amazing. The cucumber pickle was too sweet but the onion pickles were good. The staff was very friendly.

Best is to book as it's always full and reserved.
I definitely recommend the beef a la Brașov which was very nice.
We had the pleasure also to have live music performed which was enchanting .
Loved it , definitely recommend for a perfect evening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. We came here as a Hungarian friend suggested and we didn’t regret. Lovely dishes, all so unique and delicious. Our waiter was also very kind and helpful. Everything was so fresh and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff, and the food was yummy. Had a traditional Duck Breast with a cabbage and pasta mix, and a sticky fruity thing that really added a punch.
Live music, and great a specialty lemonade.
Good value and quality .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good restaurant with some tasty dishes. The prices are medium to high. It’s best to book a table in advance. What was really bothering me was the loud atmosphere with everyone there talking constantly and the live music on top of that as well. I almost couldn’t hear my wife sitting across the table. It felt more like a fast food diner than a fine restaurant. The waiter didn’t offer us the complimentary palinka at the end of the dinner as he did to every other table. Overall I wouldn’t recommend as there are a lot of other better restaurants close by.
