The worst experience of my life is renting an apartment from this company. There were (are) a lot of problems with the apartment that were not addressed at all. It never occurred to them to look at and fix the problems I indicated. For example, that there is a sewer odor in the apartment that makes the stomach rotate. Their own colleague was also shocked when he finally - for the first time in his life - looked at the apartment he managed. They do not reply to the letters, or only stutter, in an impersonal, jerky style, it is not possible to communicate with them by phone. It consists of "apartment management" for them to write down each month how much you refer, also in a completely chaotic, irregular way, with incomprehensible amounts, of course without presenting bills. If you have any problems, they won’t deal with them at all. I forgot to inform you that I do not pay the utility bills for the apartment rented and rented for the purpose of the apartment, but on the basis of the company tariff, which is one and a half times more expensive. (Because they think it's clear if the apartment is owned by a company.) No. It’s not clear I have rented a company-owned residential property before and there was no such thing. Every month I transferred the money on time, at the beginning of the month, I repaired a lot of things for free or at my own expense, I took great care of the apartment, I returned it extremely clean. In return, I only got deception, phlegm-handling style, jerking, in a way completely incomprehensible to me. I don't understand why I deserved this treatment. It was extremely unworthy and humiliating to "cooperate" with them. I do not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this company far away!

Scroll down for a short english version: Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience with Premier Proporty Managment and are far from providing the “best service” as advertised on its website. We signed a one-year lease with them, but it was a nightmare to work with them. I was warned in advance that I would have to request separate invoices each month if I wanted to see them, and I did so at the beginning of each month. Nevertheless, I did not see any invoices in the first half of the year, and generally did not respond to my request in this regard. After half a year, I finally got a month in which it turned out that late fees had been charged, even though I had paid everything by the deadline requested by the Agency. I wrote in vain about this, I never called why it was the end of the contract, and I rarely received any invoices from them afterwards. Although they claim to mediate between the landlord and tenant, their communication is crappy, very often no feedback has been received from them or information has been lost. Not many things related to the apartment were communicated even to the owner. As the contract approached, no attempt was made to ask whether we would extend it, which is unfortunate for the owner as well. After the expiration of the contract, the settlement was not settled, and the owner was only informed that it was no longer their responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone. Short summary in English: Rented a flat through them for a year. Lessons learned: No communication, they have not shared the bills properly despite the continuous requests, had to pay late fees because they were neglecting to pay the bills on time, and did not share information efficiently between me and the owner.
