Hice una reserva con tres meses de antelación diciendo que llegaría por la noche debido al horario del vuelo que tenía. Me dijeron que no había ningún problema. Días antes de que coger el vuelo me dicen que su política ha cambiado y que no podrán recibirme, que cancele la reserva... No lo recomiendo, si reservas con ellos te la juegas

Очень не рекомендую. Все старое, подушки желтые заплёванные, много чего просто отваливается. Единственный плюсом может быть только месторасположение. Я не понимаю как можно так относится к услугам которые ты продаёшь, и так не дорожить репутацией. Выезд в 10.00 заезд в 16.00. Сто раз подумайте перед тем как бронировать эти апартаменты

Dear Leda Management I am writing to you to make an official complaint about the poor quality of the service and standard of the property at our Leda apartment booking. The marketing material is completely misleading. The quality of the rooms is far below the images projected that are used to advertise the apartments. We were initially force to stay one night in an apartment that was of very poor quality (Unfit and unsafe) with electric sockets hanging off the wall, wires on the floor, broken furniture that was far past its best. The bathroom was basic at best as was the kitchen and cutlery. The bed linen was of very of poor quality. The rooms did not look or feel clean at all The second room was reasonable yet as per the above, some of the electrical sockets were coming away from the wall. The location was central which resulted in little sleep due to the high volume of none stop noise from the bars outside. We checked out one day early with not compensation being offered and a very unprofessional attitude from the staff. Please advice us of the procedure to claim compensation? Very disappointed. Steve In responce to your comments re the high quality soundproofing, may I suggest you try to stay in the apartment and test the noise level... The bars downstairs were for from quiet after midnight as we were also told by other guests... (Also staying in garden view units) perhaps you need to relook at the sound proofing... Re the sockets and wires hanging off the wall. Must have been just the two apartments we stay in. We don't tell lies. We asked to check out early, giving plenty of notice. the unprofessional response was basically, Not a option, hence we kept the keys until the last minute before we left this poor quality apartment . There is a level of professional ethics when providing a service to the public that may be worth re visiting by Leda owners and there staff.

We were really surprised by the size and standard of our apartment. The picture on the website led us to believe it would be small, however it was far from it! 2 double, ensuite bedrooms, large living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings were all first class too. The apartments are in a fantastic location, right next to Kiraly St which is one of the main streets for bars/restaurants and close to many other places. Overall this is a great place to stay. Great apartment, really helpful, friendly staff and good value too.

Deluxe apartments very spacious, clean and very close to the Jewish Quarter.

Not a clean room, uncomfortable sofa bed, great location.
