ENG BELOW Ezt egy barátnőm ma délelőtt tette közzé a Facebook-on erről a pékségről, ahová már évek óta járt, mivel a szomszédban dolgozik. Szó szerint idézem: "Ma kb meglincseltek a Príma Pékben, mert kértem még plusz tejet a kávémba. Állításuk szerint, nem először fordul elő, megfigyelték, és ennek vége. Mindezt pökhendi, elfogadhatatlan stílusban mindenki előtt. Többen a sorban hangosan kontráztak, hogy ha nem tetszik, miért nem főzök otthon magamnak kávét, stb. Sírva távoztam fizetés után. 2018. Magyarország." Pontosan így lehet elveszíteni egy törzsvásárlót + még jópár ezen felháborodott ismerősét, kollégáját. Megkérem a tisztelt tulajdonost/menedzsert, hogy tartson képzést a kiszolgáló személyzet részére vevői bánásmódból, illetve, hogy hogy lehet kezelni egy hasonló vevői kérést. (5-csillagos bánásmód: egy mosoly mellett ráönt egy kis tejet a kávéra. 4-csillagos: mosoly nélkül ráönt egy kis tejet a kávéra VAGY: mosoly mellett annyit mond: "sajnos fel kell számoljak +50 Ft-ot a tejért" és ráönti a kávéra. 3-csillagos: mosoly nélkül felszámol +50 Ft-ot a tejért. Minden más eladói reakció minősíthetetlen. Köszönjük a vevők nevében is a tréninget, többen arra fogunk menni a következő hetekben-hónapokban a továbbképzést "tesztelni" . I hereby would like to ask the owner/manager to hold a training for the staff on customer treatment and how to handle similar customer requests. (5-star treatment: add extra milk to the coffee WITH a smile. 4-star treatment: add extra milk to the coffee WITHOUT a smile OR tell the customer WITH a smile "I'm sorry, I have to charge you an additional 50 Fts for the extra milk". 3-star treatment: tell the customer WITHOUT a smile she'll be charged +50 Fts for the extra milk. All other staff response is unacceptable. In the name of all current and potential customers, thank you for giving your staff a training in the near future. We'll be making our way towards the bakery in the following weeks/months to test the managerial response and the given training.

Jó a kaja, és nagyon segítőkész, jófej a személyzet. Hirtelen kellett enni valamit, útközben, és friss volt amit kaptam. Kávé is nagyon finom, van elvihető,fedeles pohár.
Good food and very helpful, good staff. Suddenly, we had to eat something, on the go and it was fresh what I got. Coffee is also very tasty, there is a takeaway, covered glass.

A belváros szívében Iszonyatosan gyenge kiszolgálás, figyelmetlen kapkodo, a vásárlókra egyáltalán nem figyelő eladók. Nagyon csinosak nagyon szépek, csak éppen semmit nem érnek. Több figyelmességet korán reggel a kávém és a süteménnyel mellé, az egész napomat teljesen tönkretették és szerintem mindenkiét. A sütemények leveles tészták pogácsák minősége megfelelő Bátran ajánlom bárkinek.
In the heart of downtown Terribly poor service, careless hurrying, sellers not paying attention to customers at all. They are very pretty, very beautiful, just worth nothing. More attention early in the morning with my coffee and cake next to it, my whole day was completely ruined and I think everyone. The cakes puff pastry patties quality is appropriate I strongly recommend to anyone.
