N	Norbert Lovas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is near ("under") the Basilica of Esztergom, it is a cellar. The menu is good, a little bit shifted to beef. You get "food bites" while you are waiting. They have good caffee (served w/o biscuit). Portions are big, the waiters are kind and helpful. The place has a nice cellar millieu, it is suitable for bigger groups (even for weddings). There is a souvenier shop as well connected to the restaurant. A big parking lot is located in front of the restaurant (pay parking). Credit card is accepted. Service fee is not included in the bill. The restroom is clean.

Our lunch was mediocre at best. It is possible we ordered wrong but the apricot soup was too sweet, and the Hungarian pasta was one dimensional.
B	Ben Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, reasonable prices. Great ambiance and setting. The entire place looks amazing and the service ia good. Several tours stop here, so, it can get very busy. We enjoyed our meal here. The ceilings are very high and everything is very clean. The easiest way here from the basilica or castle is to take the elevator down.

A	András Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here at a hot Sunday afternoon, due to the location of the restaurant the temperature is quite cool, and the decorations are nice. I had the pork tenderloin with gamey sauce and a glass of portugeiser wine for the main course and chocolate lava cake with Tokaj sweet white wine as a dessert. The pork was cooked really well, not too dry but not too pink, my only recommendatiom would be to use a bit less of their pickled vegetables as a garnish, it's quite nice, gives some crunch textrue to the dish but I think a bit less would be better. The lava cake with the rasberry icecream was perfect. The wines were served at a good temperature and together with the intended dish. English menu is available and the staff also speaks English. Overall I would recommend this restaurant, it has a good location and atmosphere, polite staff, pretty good food and excellent wines. The prices are on the upper range, but I think it is on pair with the overall experience.

Your endeavors are noticed and highly appreciated. Cuisine is great too, we enjoyed everything we ordered. Prices are very reasonable too. And all that with keeping in mind that you’re supposed to be a tourist trap, but you aren’t. I’m coming back ☺️
