A	Andrew Fanning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner was very very friendly and helpful. The apartments are perfectly placed for exploring with great public transport near by and at the time of year we visited only a 10 minute walk from the Christmas market. I would highly recommend a stay here

Sadly no bagage storage for the last day and the matress is ok for a few nights but nothing special. Would definitely recommend this to others.

The last day, they charged us 100 euros(almost the same amount that we payed for 4 night at this apartment) at checkout for a 10 minutes delay out of nowhere, without even a warning. This was not written anywhere at the terms of policy or in the 'Apartment' s rules'. Also, when we contacted him he was so rude that he refused to even speak to us about this matter. Very bad behavior that ruined our, other than that, perfect vacation! I would not recommend that to anyone and for no reason...
t	thanos mas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience we've ever had. We did the check out 10 minutes later and they charged my credit card with 100euros!! They haven't told that never before, even it was anywhere written this rule. When i talked to the manager, he told me that he doesn't want to listen to me, he said to leave the apartment because they will send us out (i can't imagine how) and they will charged us again 100 euros and he shut down the phone. It was unacceptable this behavior. Of course i will contact with booking and i will claim the 100 euros and i hope the booking will support its customers. Also the second day there wasn't heating and warm water and outside the temperature was -2. The check in was at 21.00 and they charged us 10 euros but ok this rule exists. My opinion is that they try to charge for everything!
