Muy poca seriedad y estafador, Y por lo visto no somos los únicos. BUSCA OTRO HOTEL! Not recommended at all. We had a reservation and we had paid and he hung up the phone and did not appear, nor does he return the money. Very little seriousness and scammer, And apparently we are not the only ones. LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL!

They didn't pick up the phone and we finished staying in another place. I'm waiting for the refund, but they are not giving me the money. DON'T GO

He told us it was fine and to call him (the number on Booking website) when we got there so he can give us the apartment keys. Well, after over 30/40 calls he never picked up the phone... We called every (EVERY) hostel in Budapest with 24h reception service to get a bed for the night but they were all fully booked. We spent the night on the streets... The day after we managed to have another apartment from the same owner. He never showed up and we talked only with the cleaning service person which gave us the keys. After lots of calls with Booking customer service we're still waiting for a refund of the first night!
M	Moroten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This seems to be a scam. We booked through hotels.com but when we arrived at the place there was no one there to meet us. We tried to call the number given to us, after 10-20 tries someone answered and said everything was full and that we had to fix something else ourselves. Luckily hotels.com where kind enough to give us a refund.
