Unfortunately it was crowded due to the small size of the store, otherwise I was happy with everything and the service was helpful.

I like the Rossmann store because there is a large selection of many types of goods, at affordable prices and there is always a promotion, even with coupons. :-)

The usual kindness has remained, although coupon days are not easy for merchants. I found what I was looking for, the price is right. The workers were willing and polite. Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience with Rossmann today. This morning at 10 am, I bought 3 boxes of hair dye at Rossmann in WestEnd and then I went to my working place which is inside WestEnd too. Afterwards, at 3 pm on the SAME day, I changed my mind and I wish to purchase other hair dye color instead of the ones that I have bought so I ask for a refund. However, the Rossmann’s employees said I am not allowed to do so because of the covid?? What is this supposed to mean? Am I the covid?
I said that I didn’t come home, I work inside WestEnd and I only purchased these items this morning, how can I not allowed to have a refund while I still have my bill? This is quite absurd and nonprofessional! I then said if I can’t have a refund then maybe can I change the color of the hair dye and still, I am not allowed.
I have already supported and adore Rossmann, but this uncomfortable event today had changed my perspective of customer service of Rossmann. I don’t know if it’s the company policy or is this because of my heritage as I am Asian that they didn’t want to aid me even though I have the bill. This is extremely upset for me. I hope I can have a fair explanation about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to buy out of ordinary jewellry and home decorations. Here You can find colorful clothes and scarves as well as scented candles and sticks and even sage to burn at home.
The staff is very kind and helpful and they are always smiling.

I asked for an exchange right away, but I repeated the saying that there was no refund due to Corona.
Does not food and body lotion infect from the virus? Or am I discriminated against because I am a foreigner?
The staff treated me like a crazy person with ridiculous excuses.
What is Hungary like? Or is it only Rossman's employees?
