★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I went in to this shoe shop to buy shoes. They have a lovely range of shoes. Twice I left with nothing because of the extremely rude shop assistant. I asked for shoes in my size and very grudgingly they were brought to me, thrown down on the floor, boxes opened and shoes taken from the boxes. Not a word was spoken. She then marched off while I tried on the shoes. They didn't fit and when I asked for a bigger size she told me in no uncertain fashion that they didn't have it! Not a smile, not any polite words only a sour face and unpleasantness. What a pity!

And then there was a shop assistant, her name is Anett, who brought the one just the way I described what I'd like. I've been looking all around, and didn't see the one she had in mind.
