★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 3 weeks to replace my remote. They told me it takes two days, and nothing happened after a week. On the second week we made phone calls every 2 days, and on the third week we got the remote after we told them we want to get in contact with the supervisors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mistyped my number and my phone was there for a whole week instead of the one day paid repairs. If I dont go to ask whats going on, the phone could be still there. They didnt try to contact me at my email address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant personnel, like they hate their job, expect the customer know everything about their processes and rules, and btw it's been more than 2 weeks since I gave my samsung gear-watch for repairing and I was promised it would be done in one week... Total disappointment, still waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible to park your car near the shop during business hours, which makes challenging to ship bigger appliances to repair there.
I tried calling the shop several times after received the sms, that the offer is ready and they need my approve to start the work, but no one answered the phone.
The tv was repaired and is still working...

Reception people do speak English but some of them are not very polite. I mean you are there to get some help not to feel uncomfortable.
