A síma vízforralójuk (14962-56) gyorsan kidőlt, a szabályozható hőmérsékletű forralójukból (21040-70) ezután kis gyermekeim miatt már kettőt vettem. Hibáztam, mivel az első épp átlépte a garanciaidőt és érintésvédelmi okok miatt levágta az érintésvédelmi kapcsolót, a másodikat ezt követően most múlt ki u.o. okokból, de értelemszerűen már üzembehelyezésekor kifutott a garanciaidőből. Kérdésem, hogy ahol vettem ld. Árpád híd pesti hídfő oda vigyem-e, és mint láthatóan hűséges, de nem kifejezetten szerencsés ügyfél kedvező javítási ajánlatot kaphatok-e Önöktől. Két nap után telefonos érdeklődésre flegma választ kaptam és tájékoztatást arról szóban, hogy a foxpost futárnál van a küldemény. Újabb két nap múlva kaptam e-mailt a foxpost-tól, hogy küldeményem érkezett. A csomagot kibontva az egyik tétel koszos volt (látszott, hogy hosszú időt töltött a regálon, legalább némi takarítást kaphatott volna a termék csomagolás előtt). Nem javaslom a boltot és Én sem fogok többet itt vásárolni, ez az egy alkalom is hiba volt a részemről!!! A rendelt epilátorral is minden rendeben volt, azt kaptam amit vártam!:) I was happy with the order, it was lightning fast. (I ordered on Friday and have already received the package by Monday). Varta Powerbank 18000mAh SLIM vésztöltő - 57967 Nehéz, amit még el is tudnék fogadni, de a felét tudja a leírt teljesítményének. Használati nyomok voltak a powerbankon és a csatlakozóin, teljesen lemerülve érkezett hozzám, ilyen állapotot még nem tapasztaltam, mindig legalább félig fel voltak töltve. Ipad Air 2 (7340mAh) 1.8X tudta feltölteni: Teljesen lemerítve kikapcsolt állapotban 1X teljesen, majd másodjára már csak 80%-ig tudta feltölteni, utána lemerült a powerbank. Reklamációt nem fogatak el a karcos, használati nyomos powerbankra, cserélni nem cserélték, visszautasítottak mindenféle segítségi módot! Utólag bánom, hogy nem tettem bejelentést a fogyasztóvédelemnél. Vigyázzatok a céggel!!! Schlosser Kft. Take care of the company !!!
