The rooms are very nice and spacious The insulation is non-existent so you can hear even the slightest sound very loudly The room was clean as well as the common areas Room service is literally non-existent, in 6 days no one came in to clean and we did not change towels even once The location is great, it's all close by.

g	giada tedesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se la nostra permanenza in quest'hotel si fosse limitata ai primi due giorni, il giudizio sarebbe stato diverso..non certo eccelso, come recensito da altri, ma non sicuramente pessimo..ottima vicinanza al centro raggiungibile anche a piedi, stanze molto carine. Contro: non viene effettuata in nessun modo alcuna pulizia delle camere, da quando abbiamo preso possesso della nostra stanza, nessuno ci ha più messo piede (con il caldo di questi giorni, le lenzuola non erano certo asciutte, e né lasciando aperta la finestra, né col deumidificatore è stato risolto qualcosa). Inoltre, per essere un hotel di un certo calibro, almeno sulla carta, ci si aspetta quantomeno che l'ingresso non sia un portone condominiale dismesso, che dia sui rifiuti appena entrati nel corridoio, e infine su un cortiletto altrettanto dismesso. Ma fin qui, tutto relativamente bene. Se non fosse che la receptionist o chi per lei, il primo giorno ci ha consegnato un foglio in cui inserire i nostri dati, in cui NOI dovevamo indicare una data di check out. Abbiamo scelto le 15'30. La ragazza giurava di poter essere contattata in qualunque momento..di fatto, mai più vista né sentita. Nemmeno quando, il fatidico ultimo giorno le abbiamo scritto per poter lasciare la camera alle 15, per essere più larghi con i tempi..nessuna risposta! Alle 15'02 entriamo nel portoncino dell'albergo, convinti almeno di poterci rinfrescare ed andare in bagno: troviamo una donna, mai vista, ad attenderci. Strappa letteralmente le chiavi della camera al mio ragazzo, e al suo farle notare che avevamo le nostre cose in camera ci indica i bagagli sulla porta, dicendo che ormai c'erano altri ospiti (e il tempo per pulire dove lo ha trovato, dalle 15 alle 15.02?!?!?). Come se non bastasse, avevamo lasciato fuori dalla valigia l'indispensabile per il bagno: i nostri spazzolini erano stati presi, messi nel beauty case e messi in un sacchetto, che giaceva sulle nostre valigie. Senza dire altro, questa prende e se ne va. Nemmeno ha salutato. Abbiamo dovuto fermarci in un bar, per andare in bagno, lavare i denti ecc..nemmeno nelle peggiori bettole un trattamento del genere. MAI PIÙ!!!! Furthermore, to be a hotel of a certain caliber, at least on paper, it is expected at least that the entrance is not a disused condominium door, which gives on the waste as soon as you enter the corridor, and finally on an equally disused courtyard. But so far, all relatively well. Except for the receptionist or whoever for her, on the first day she gave us a sheet in which to enter our data, in which WE had to indicate a check out date. We chose the 15'30. The girl swore she could be contacted at any time… in fact, never seen or heard from again. Not even when, on the fateful last day, we wrote to you to be able to leave the room at 3pm, to be wider with the times .. no answer! At 15'02 we enter the hotel door, at least convinced that we can freshen up and go to the bathroom: we find a woman, never seen before, waiting for us. He literally snatches the room keys from my boyfriend, and when he points out that we had our things in the room he points to the luggage at the door, saying that there were now other guests (and the time to clean where he found it, from 3pm. at 15.02?!?!?). As if that were not enough, we had left the essentials for the bathroom out of the suitcase: our toothbrushes had been taken, put in the beauty case and put into a bag, which lay on our suitcases. Without saying anything else, this one takes and leaves. He didn't even say hello. We had to stop in a bar, to go to the bathroom, brush our teeth, etc. .. not even in the worst taverns such a treatment. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Il palazzo all'esterno non è davvero invitante ma dentro è tutta un'altra cosa. Ottima la posizione centrale vicino alla metro. Molto gentile la proprietaria che lo gestisce e che ci ha dato consigli per la visita di Budapest che ho apprezzato molto. I spent 4 days and 3 nights in this nice apartment consisting of four tastefully furnished and very spacious rooms. The building on the outside is not really inviting but inside it is another thing. Excellent central location near the metro. Very kind the owner who runs it and who gave us tips for visiting Budapest which I appreciated very much.

In a heart of Octagon region. 4 minutes from tram and metro. Plenty shops and cafes around. Free cookies, tea, coffee and bread for guests. Fresh lavender and real cabdles
