S	Szilvia Király on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021. augusztusában vásárolt Nike cipő 2 hónap normál hordas után tönkrement.....a reklamációt elutasitotta a cég, utána a békéltető tárgyaláson sem jelent meg....a szakvizsgalat nekem adott igazat, ennek ellenére még mindig nem kaptuk vissza a cipő árát! Soha többet Sizeer, senkinek sem ajánlom, ne vasaroljatok ott!!! Aljas, szemét cég, pocsék áruval! Nike shoes bought in August 2021 went bankrupt after 2 months of normal wear ..... the company rejected the complaint, after that it did not appear at the conciliation hearing .... the examination gave me the truth, however, we still did not get back the price of the shoes ! Never again Sizeer, I don't recommend it to anyone, don't buy it there !!! Wicked, rubbish company, lousy goods!

A kereskedelmi tanórákon kiváló példa, milyen NE legyél! Szomorú.. Lazy but arrogant band..I just didn't buy the looking shoes from them today! Why do they think the buyer is for them? An excellent example of what you should NOT be in commercial lessons! Sad..

Hiába rendeltem jó méretet, nagyon kicsi lett, semmi probléma, felhívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, persze, kicserélik, de a visszaküldés postaköltségét Én állom... Mivan?! Bocs, de jobb helyeken futárt küldenek 0 Ft-ért. Nem egy nagy összeg a postaköltség (2000 Ft) de így kb ugyanúgy jövök ki, mintha megvettem volna a sarki konkurencia sportáruházban... Ha ez nem lett volna, hülyére vásárolom magam a weboldalról, nem hiszem el, hogy ennyit nem ér meg a cégnek hogy a vásárlókat megtartsa. ??‍♀️ Árban hiába jók, de ez az üzletpolitika/ügyintézés vicc. (Vagy csak lehet Nekem nagyok az igényeim... ??‍♀️) I ordered an Adidas slippers online. Even though I ordered a good size, it became very small, no problem, I called customer service, of course, they will replace it, but the postage for the return I stand ... What ?! Sorry, they send couriers in better places for 0 HUF. The postage is not a big amount (2000 HUF) but so I come out in the same way as if I had bought it in the corner competition sports shop ... to retain customers. ??‍♀️ They are good in price, but this is a business policy / administration joke. (Or maybe I have big needs ... ??‍♀️)
M	Moncsi Dandé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online vásároltam, előreutalassal fizettem, szemelyes átvételt szerettem volna, igy a hozzam legközelebbi sizeer uzelet valasztottam a felsoroltak kozul igy eset a valasztas a westendben levo sizeerre. Az online vasarlas utan emailben azonnal felvettem veluk a kapcsolatot, a pontos cipomeret egyeztete vegett (mert sajnos jartam mar ugy, hogy nem a megfelelo meretet kaptam) Emailben a holgy megnyugtatott, hogy a leadott meret valoban az en meretem, majd 3 nap várakozás kovetoen jott az email, miszerint a megjelolt uzletben atvehetem a csomagom. Még aznap elmentem a cipoert, az uzletben fel is probaltam, majd azonnal jeleztem az eladoknak, hogy a meret bizony kicsi... Azt mar csak mellekesen jegyzem meg, hogy a cipo belsejeben es a cipo külsejére tett cedulan nem ugyan az a meret szerepel, mellette a szamlamon egy harmadik meret. Természetesen a 3 elado közül kettő csak pislogott, a harmadik lozolte, hlgy o ezzel nem tud mit kezdeni, O csak átvételi pont (?) amugy sem aruljak az altalan rendelt cipot... (??) Ismet felvettem az ugyfelszolgalattal a kapcsolatot, ahol osszefuggestelen mondstokban elmondták, hogy jogom van elallni a vasarlastol ha sajat koltsegemre vissza kuldom a cipo Vicc kategória... SENKINEK nem ajanlom oket.!! I bought it online, I paid by bank transfer, I wanted a personal pick-up, so I chose the sizeer shop closest to me, so this is the case for the sizeer in the west end. After the online purchase, I contacted them immediately by e-mail, the exact shoe size was agreed (because unfortunately I was already looking for the wrong size) In the email, the lady reassured me that the delivered size was really the size, and then after 3 days of waiting, the email came, according to which I could pick up my package at the indicated store. I even went to the shoe store that day, tried it on in the store, and then immediately informed the sellers that the size was small ... next to the samlamon is a third dimension. Of course, two of the 3 sellers just blinked, the third lozolte, hlgy o he doesn't know what to do with it, O it's just a pick-up point (?) I contacted the customer service again, where I was told in unequivocal words that I had the right to refuse the purchase if I sent the shoes back to my own. Joke category ... I don't recommend them to anyone. !!

Szerintem ez 2022-ben az online rendelés világában (amely teljesen érthető a covid prevenció érdekében) felháborító. A rendelt termékeim KIZÁRÓLAG ONLINE voltak elérhetőek, KIZÁRÓLAG ONLINE voltak megvásárolhatóak ezáltal nem volt lehetőségem a boltban megnézni, felpróbálni. Az ügyfélszolgálatnak küldött e-mailemre 10 munkanapot követően sem kaptam választ. A sizeer weboldalát használatra NEM ajánlom. It is important to note that in the event of any product being replaced or returned, the amount of the return will be borne by the BUYER. I think this is outrageous in the world of online ordering in 2022 (which is completely understandable for covid prevention). My ordered products were ONLY ONLINE, they were ONLY ONLINE, so I didn't have the opportunity to see and try them in the store. I still didn't receive a response to my email to customer service after 10 business days. I do NOT recommend the sizeer website for use.
