Idén október 12-én online rendeltem önöktől egy masszázs ágyat.
Másnap felhívtak, hogy olyan ágyat rendeltem meg és fizettem ki, amely nincs raktáron. Felajánlottak egy bemutató termi darabot. Amely akkori állításuk szerint abban különbözik, hogy vastagabb a szivacs és nincs rajta SpaPro márkajelzés. Mivel korábban már két ágyat is rendeltem és rendben volt minden, jóhiszeműen elfogadtam a javaslatot. Kár volt.
Mivel egy teljesen más ágy érkezett meg. 3 centiméterrel rövidebb volt és más arclyuk kivágással rendelkezett a termék. Ezt telefonon jeleztem is.
Jó pár kifogás végig hallgatása után ( tudom e mi van Kínában, a szállítási igények nem alkalmazkodnak a vevői igényekhez stb.) azt mondtam meggondolom a dolgot.
Pár nap múlva újból hívtam önöket, hogy sajnos nem felel meg a termék így vissza küldöm. Azt a választ kaptam, hogy rendben, amint az ágy rendben megérkezik vissza utalják a pénzt.
Az ágy november 12-én épségben megérkezett önökhöz. Amelyről semmi visszajelzést nem kaptam.
Pár napra rá hívtam önöket, hogy minden rendben van e. Azt a választ kaptam, szintén telefonon, hogy még nem bontották ki de úgy tűnik minden rendben és hamarosan utalnak.
Újból eltelt pár nap, újból felhívtam önöket. Azt mondták, hogy az ágy rendben van és hamarosan utalnak és erre 14 napjuk van a törvény szerint.
Azóta eltelt még két hét. Sem egy e-mail sem a pénz nem érkezett meg.
Szeretnék érdeklődni, hogy mikor kapom meg
az ágy árát ami 230 euró
a szállítási költséget amely az első esetben 25 euró
a vissza szállítás 58,54 euró?

On October 12 this year, I ordered a massage bed from you online.
The next day I was called to order and pay for a bed that is out of stock. A demonstration room piece was offered. Which at the time claimed they differed in that the sponge was thicker and lacked the SpaPro branding on it. Since I had previously ordered two beds and everything was fine, I accepted the proposal in good faith. It was a pity.
Because a completely different bed arrived. The product was 3 inches shorter and had a different facial hole cutout. I also signaled this on the phone.
After listening to a couple of excuses all along (I know what’s in China, shipping needs don’t suit customer needs, etc.) I said I’ll change my mind.
I called you again a few days later that unfortunately the product does not match so I will send it back. I got the answer that it was okay as soon as the bed arrived okay to refer the money back.
The bed arrived intact on November 12th. Which I didn't get any feedback on.
I called you for a few days to see if everything was okay. I got the answer, also over the phone, that it hasn’t been unpacked yet but it seems everything is fine and they will suggest it soon.
A few days passed again, I called you again. They said the bed was ok and they would refer soon and they have 14 days to do so by law.
Two more weeks have passed since then. No emails or money arrived.
I'd like to know when I get it
the price of the bed which is 230 euros
the shipping cost which in the first case is 25 euros
the return shipping is 58.54 euros?
