Such a pity such a cheap franchise is destroying the magnificent Basilica view and they have the worst coffee in town. Let’s support local business and avoid global businesses.

Fantastic espresso and quickest possible service! The best suitable variant to have a short rest and refresh two steps from The St Istvan.

A comfy coffee shop with space to sit right on the main level but also stairs which lead downstaits into a large room with lots of seats power outlets and chairs. Also where the bathroom is located.

Not bad not good. One of the workers was very nice while the other was just straight up rude. Very small entrance, around 0,4 meters(not accessible at all by plus size people or people in wheelchairs). Not enough seating.

Basement room is nice and quiet, but it is a basement. Staff was nice but service was a bit chaotic. Restrooms were not clean, no hand soap, no toilet paper.

There's never a day I don't come here! Seriously! The baristas here are very social and it's a fun experience talking to new people who come by. I've met a lot of friends here. One of the best vibes of any Starbucks anywhere and if you are here to study make sure you catch that sofa chair downstairs. Customers for this location are diverse. Each and every customer who entered was treated with the same courtesy and smile. If heaven had a Starbucks, this one qualifies.

The customer service standard of some of the staff at this Starbucks is really really poor ! I walked in just for croissants at around 7:45 am in the morning on 14th Apr. 2022. I waited behind a set of young girls who were chatting and it was not clear whether they were there to order or ready to order. As I just wanted 2 croissants, I simply walked up the billing counter and asked for 2 croissants. The girl serving came up and rudely asked me to get back into the queue. A bit perplexed and insulted, I walked back and joined the so called queue. Many minutes later, that set of young girls ordered and my turn came up. This girl on the billing then moved away from the counter and started doing few things, probably preparing to serve the order she just received. I waited for some time and then asked if I could be served 2 croissants, which were kept right in front of me. She said that I will need to wait. And then she said something about me in local language to her other staff member. After a few breaths, I told myself - this is it - and quietly walked out of Starbucks. This whole scene that I just narrated lasted for 20+ minutes. Like many others, I've bought at Starbucks all over the world and at their busiest hours, and never have I ever experienced such humiliation and indignation. In fact has been the exact opposite. Nor have I faced such a thing at any food & beverage service shop actually. All for what - 2 croissants, that were kept out and just had to be handed over and billed for. Shame on this Starbucks for setting such a customer service standard. I just now read another similar Google review from another customer who has called out the rude behavior of the staff there. To all readers and coffee lovers - please avoid this Starbucks. Seems this coffee shop completely lacks the culture of good customer service.

Really warm welcome from the lady on the cashiere :) and the view to the Basilica is so special. Love my starbacks coffee, uh so much: mocha, strawberry frapuccino or just a simple white coffee. And cinnamon roll is not to miss.
