O	O L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagy a learazas, de olyan mintha egy hasznaltruha bolt lenne. Tobb szezon elotti ruhakat is kiraknak eleg dragan. Big learazas, but it's like a second hand clothing store. Also, pre-season clothes are unloaded with quite a drag.

De az eladó jobban tudja, szerinte az úgy jó, különben is kimostam, és így már nem akaszthatja vissza a polcra ezért nem veszi vissza. Soha többet Stradivarius. Customer service is below criticism, the seller is handler. From the base, the tight-necked sweater became wearable after washing. But the seller knows better, he thinks it's so good, I washed it anyway, so he can't hang it back on the shelf so he doesn't take it back. Never again Stradivarius.
V	Vivi Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap 19:45kor vásároltam egy nesszeszert, már miközben mentem hazafele vele néztem h egy két helyen koszos sérült picit. De úgy voltam vele úgyis a plázában dolgozok másnap kicseréltetem. Itthon megpróbáltam persze eltávolítani a koszokat nem jött le. Levágtam róla a címkét a tisztításhoz. Hozzátenném a címke egy fekete fonalból áll és egy papírból, amiről nem gondolom h ne lenne pótolható. De amúgy sérült terméket már vissza se kéne tenni újból eladni…. Bele tettem azokat is a nesszeszerbe. Ma este 7 körül mikor már nem voltak annyian bementem elmondtam, hogy cserelni szeretném mire megnézte az eladó és közölte, hogy mivel nincs rajta a címke használtnak minősül, nem tudja visszavenni. Mondtam neki egy nap alatt hol használtam volna….van rajta folt ami nem jön le nekem azt se mondja hogy nem hibás a termék. Erre az volt a válasz, hogy mivel én levágtam róla a címkét már használva volt így én is okozhattam rajta a koszt meg a sérülést. 1 NAP ALATT!! Biztos mikor tisztítottam akkor úgy dörzsöltem, hogy én csináltam a sérülést. Így álljon mindenki a Stradivariushoz ez az üzletpolitikájuk. Én is kereskedelemben dolgozok, mi nagyobb dolgot is kicserélünk:) Ja és felettessel beszéltem. Yesterday at 19:45 I bought a nesser while I was going home with him looking at a dirty damaged little bit in two places. But I was with him anyway, working in the mall the next day I replaced him. At home I tried to remove the dirt of course did not come down. I cut off the label for cleaning. I would add the label is made of a black yarn and a piece of paper that I don’t think would be replaceable. But any damaged product should not be resold…. I put them in the toilet too. Around 7pm tonight when they weren’t so much I went in I told them I wanted to replace it by the time the seller looked at it and told me that since there was no label on it it was considered used, you couldn’t take it back. I told him in one day where I would have used it. The answer to that was that since I cut off the label, it was already in use, so I could cause dirt and damage on it. IN 1 DAY!! Sure when I cleaned it I rubbed it so I did the injury. That’s how everyone stands for Stradivarius, this is their business policy. I also work in trade, we also exchange bigger things :) Oh and I talked to my boss.
