I used the watch for sport including the pool. \|After a month the watch stopped working. I think water must have got in. I took the watch to the Samsung lab in Israel (where I live) and they told me that they can not repair it under warranty as the warranty is not international, which is not what you said at the time of purchase. So, what should I do? I spent good money on the watch and would expect you to keep to your word and put it on international guarantee. If this is not possible, should I send it to you for repair. I cannot sent you a copy of the receipt as it was taken when I claimed the VAT at the airport. I can send you a copy of my credit card invoicee which shows that I bought it in your store. I can also send you the serial number of the watch. Please let me know as soon as possible. Many thanks.
