★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Botrányos lassú kiszolgálás. Ott várakoztatnak, "mert a kolléga kiment dohányozni". Aki meg ücsörög a kasszába az meg nem segít, bár rajtam kívül más nem volt a boltban. Szakértelem kb nulla.
 Scandalous slow service. There they wait, "because the colleague went out to smoke." Whoever sits at the checkout doesn't help, even though there was nothing in the store other than me. Expertise is about zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindenhol por és lehullott takarmány darabkák, 2 döglött,félig megevett hal úszott a kirakati akváriumokban, amelyek közül egyiknek zöld a vize. A kisebb akváriumok is piszkosak belül,algásak. A polcokon por es kisebb szemetdarabkak. A penztarnal sokszor nem ül senki. 3 éve öröm volt bemenni ebbe a boltba,most egy sokk.
Everywhere dust and fallen fodder bits, 2 dead, half-eaten fish, were swimming in the showrooms, one of which had green water. Smaller aquariums are also dirty inside, algae. Shelves with dust and small pieces of trash. Many times nobody sits with the pen. 3 years ago it was a pleasure to go to this store, now a shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon segítőkészek voltak az ott dolgozók. Sok hasznos tanácsot kaptunk. S nagyon szépen bántak az eladásra váró állatokkal is.
The people who worked there were very helpful. We received a lot of useful advice. And they also treated the animals waiting to be sold very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nem nagyon figyelnek az ott árult állatokra.
Nem elösször fordul elő hogy valamelyik állat miatt szólni kellet hogy nincs étele vagy víze.
Most a nyusziknak nem volt se széna se víz.
A rágcsáló állatoknak egész nap kell a takarmány(80% széna) illetve a víz.
Ez nem egy költséges dolog.
Unfortunately, they do not pay much attention to the animals sold there.
It is not the first time that an animal has to say that it has no food or water.
Now the bunnies had no hay or water.
Rodent animals need food (80% hay) and water throughout the day.
It's not a costly thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon segítőkész volt az eladó lány. Halakat vásároltam és nagyon értette dolgát. Tanácsokat is adott a tartásukról. Nagyon szuper a bolt. Egyetlen hátulütője, hogy szerintem egy picit drága. Azonban tényleg elmondható, hogy jó minőségűek.
