★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and purchased an expensive pair of Armani sunglasses because mine broke while on vacation. While in the store one of the employees was beyond rude to us. She yelled at my son for pointing at a pair of sunglasses because she thought he was going to touch them, she admonished me for trying on a pair of sunglasses if I wasn't intending to purchase them (I did in fact intend to purchase). When I went to pay for the sunglasses, she argued with the other employee that I should not get a case because I was not buying Emporio Armani, I was buying Armani Exchange. He explained that I was in fact purchasing Emporio Armani, and she had to actually come look for herself, like she didn't think I could afford them or something. She was just rude. If I hadn't been on vacation and in dire need of sunglasses I would not have purchased anything from this store. The young man who helped me at the end was great, and I feel sorry for him that he has to work with her.
*edit* a marketing manager has reached in behalf of the owner and is working to make this right. I appreciate their efforts.
