★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, the cakes are getting smaller and more and more sugary. We payed and asked for 7 cakeslices, and we got 6. The waiter was hysterical and careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same cake is much cheaper in other Szamos shop where they serve it also with a small cup of water as it should be served. Staff is also not nice. I don't recommend this specific Szamos shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several coworkers are very unfriendly to clients... We had contact with 3 of them and one even sighted in our faces because we asker her which ingredient was inside some special cake...
The other coworker didn't even want to salute us. When we saluted him, his moody response was clear he doesn't like tourists.
At least we sat at a wrong table (no self service table), I work in a restaurant for several years and can completely understand this, but my comment is: inform your guests at forehand and in a gentle way (not like the thirth coworker did)
Ps. Besides the terrible service the cakes are delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fat lady at the cashier was really in polite and rude for no reason just because we were tourists we didn't ask for anything just be polite!!!!!! Don't recommend this place at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming and lovely cafe. It's attached to a chocolate museum on the third floor (second European floor). It's a little pricey but the view or Parliament is great. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
