The store was not full or something but at first the lady did not talk to me.
And after I asked do you speak english?
She said No! rudely
After that I tried to tell her that I want new lenses. But she told me No we don’t have.
And she went.
The Hungarian customer was laughing, got shocked maybe!
To the owner: I bought glasses from you online and you have good deals and online customer service. But this Shop is awful in terms of customer service.
You should work on your workers language and behavior (if you really want to compete in this market) instead of telling others that your shop was busy!
You are not busier than McDonald’s; are you??
At least learn from them.
But the difference with you and them is that you sell Dior, Persol,... glasses but they sell 500 HUF sandwiches! But they behave better!

We entered the place and wanted to check some sunglasses and the lady didn't speak English at all, one of them who was talking to another did speak but wasn't also friendly, they seemed to be upset and in a very bad mood, we also asked for something else and they didn't assist us at all...Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had problem speaking in English with the Receptionist Staff. However, the Optometrist was very nice and spoke advanced English. I have quite difficult eye issue, I am glad that she examined me very meticulously up to 45 minutes.
