Sajnos mégis vissza kellett küldeni, mert nem tetszett felpróbálva. Másnap visszavitte a futár, az árát is visszakaptam néhány napon belül. I ordered an optical frame, I received it quickly, in impeccable condition. It was just like the picture in the web store. Unfortunately, I still had to send it back because I didn’t like it being tried. The next day the courier took it back, I also got the price back within a few days.

Próbáltam elérni őket telefonon, emailben de hiába is próbáltam hiszen nincs is magyar ügyfélszolgálat. Végül elmondtam angolul a problémát, elmondásuk szerint ők sem látják, ezek szerint a pénz elveszett az éterben. A megoldásuk, hogy rendeljem le mégegyszer másik fizetési móddal. Senki se vásároljon tőlük. I ordered sunglasses, after I paid by credit card I received an email to switch my payment method, but in the meantime my account already showed that the amount had been deducted. I tried to reach them by phone or email, but I tried in vain, as there is no Hungarian customer service. Eventually I told the problem in English, they said they don’t see it either, they say the money was lost on the air. Their solution is to order again with another payment method. No one should buy from them.
Á	Ágnes Gulyás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Márciusban rendeltem napszemüveget, amit az oldalon (habár úgy hirdetik) nem lehetett "felpróbálni", de a korábbi tapasztalatok és méretezés alapján megrendeltem a szemüveget, természetesen jóval nagyobb lett, mint kellett volna. Kértem visszaküldést/térítést, ami egészen addig a pontig flottul működött, amíg már csak az maradt hátra, hogy a nekem visszajáró pénz megérkezzen a számlámra. Közel két hét után írtam e-mailt, semmi válasz, majd utána 3 napra kaptam egy e-mailt tőlük, hogy sok volt a dolguk és ezért nem tudták visszautalni a pénzt. A levélllel egyidőben megérkezett a pénz is. Kérdezem én, ha nem írok, vissza sem küldik? Nem ajánlom senkinek a céget, szerintem nagyon kamuszagú az egész. The money arrived at the same time as the letter. I ask, if I do not write, will it not be sent back? I do not recommend the company to anyone, I think it all smells very bad.

Probaltam elerni a ceget telefonon - lehetetlen - emailre nem valaszolnak es fb messengaren sem. A nemet ceget hivtam fel - hala Istennek beszelt a holgy angolul - visszamondtam a renelest es 2 nap mulva visszautaltak az arat. Nem volt egyszeru. Csak azert 2-es mert viszontlattam a penzt. Egyebkent senkinek sem ajamlom. Ja es 3 nap mulva visszairt elvileg valamelyik magyar kollega h latja h toroltem a rendelest. Erre valszoltam h nem tudtam elerni oket. Nyilvan semmi valasz. I ordered toluk eyeglasses which were in stock in principle but they wanted to deliver them with a 3 week deadline. I tried to reach the company by phone - it is impossible - they do not reply to email and not fb messengaren either. I called the sex company - the god spoke to God in English - I canceled the renelest and after 2 days the harvest was returned. It was not easy. Only because it was 2 because I turned the money back. I don't mind anyone else. And in 3 days I returned the order in principle to one of my Hungarian colleagues. I answered that I could not catch them. Obviously no answer.

Nincs magyar nyelvű telefonos ügyfélszolgálat, csak robot válaszol és a weboldalra irányít. Végül angol ügyintézővel sikerült beszélni, elvileg visszaküldés után kicserélik a keretet. Emailes megkeresésre az ügyfélszolgálat nem válaszolt. I ordered glasses online and they sent a completely different frame than what I ordered. There is no Hungarian-language telephone customer service, only a robot answers and redirects to the website. Eventually we managed to talk to an English clerk, in principle they will replace the frame after returning it. An email request was not answered by customer service.

A cégnél előre fizetéssel lehet rendelést leadni, a kb 3-4 hetes ígért szállítási idő előtt megkaptam a terméket. A napszemüveg márkája is megfelelő volt. Nálam bevált a cég. I ordered sunglasses with a multifocal lens. I got exactly what I ordered, the lenses are perfect. You can place an order with the company in advance, I received the product before the promised delivery time of about 3-4 weeks. The brand of sunglasses was also appropriate. The company has worked for me.
