★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fountain as itself is really beautiful and built in a fantastic traditional style. It has many pools, which are situated symmetrically in a circle around a statue. The water flows from the upper pool down to the lower pools.
Many years ago, lights were installed in the pools around, which made the fountain to a magnificent sight in the City Centre. But, in the last few years it seems to be neglected: the lights went wrong, the pools are sometimes very dirty and so on...
