Nepomuki Szent János szobrának avatása és felszentelése, 2009. június 7., délután 3 órakor történt. Hetek óta készülődött a kistarcsai egyházközség, hogy a háborúban megsemmisült Nepomuki szobor helyett egy újat állítson ennek az országszerte tisztelt szentnek. A szobor Varga Attila, Európa Díjas kőfaragó mester munkája. Az ünnepségünk kezdetén a Vivace kórus éneklését hallottuk, majd Somlai József kistarcsai esperes plébános és Rapai István egyháztanácstag, leplezték le a szobrot. A Nepomuki Szent János szoborról és alkotójáról Dall’ Asta Arnold, a Kőfaragó és Műkőkészítő Vállalkozók Országos ipartestületének elnöke mondott szakmai méltató szavakat. Ezután meghallgattuk Amade László: Óh Szent János! Te bizonyos… című versét Medve József előadásában, majd Annus Réka csengő hangján gimesi keserveseket énekelt. Ezt követte Kiszel Mihály címzetes prépost atya, Albertirsa és Ceglédbercel plébánosa, Kistarcsa szülöttje, aki felszentelte Nepomuki Szent János szobrát . Ünnepségünk befejezéseként meghallgattuk ismét a Vivace kórust. Meg kell jegyeznünk, hogy a szobor és a környezet kialakításának költségeit a Kistarcsai Római Katolikus Egyházközség fedezte. Szeretnénk köszönetünket kifejezni a talapzatért a Varga és Fiai Kft.-nek, a környezet kőbútorzatáért Varga Istvánnak, a virágokért pedig Klacsán Lajosnak. Köszönetet mondunk továbbá mindazoknak, akik szellemi, fizikai, tárgyi, anyagi közreműködésükkel, támogatásukkal hozzájárultak Kistarcsa ezen újabb büszkeségének megvalósításához. Óvjuk és ápoljuk – mint ahogy az eddig is történt –, hogy sokáig szolgáljon gyönyörűséggel az erre járóknak és az itt megpihenőknek!

The statue of St. John of Nepomuk was inaugurated and consecrated on June 7, 2009, at 3 p.m. For weeks, the parish of Kistarcsa has been preparing to erect a new one for this nation, revered throughout the country, instead of the statue of Nepomuk, which was destroyed in the war. The sculpture is the work of Attila Varga, European Award-winning stonemason. At the beginning of our ceremony we heard the singing of the Vivace choir, then József Somlai, the parish priest of Kistarcsa and István Rapai, a member of the church council, down the statue. Dall ’Asta Arnold, President of the National Association of Stone Carvers and Artificial Stone Contractors, spoke professionally about the statue and creator of St. John of Nepomuk. Then we listened to László Amade: Oh St. John! You a certain poem entitled… performed by József Medve, then Annus Réka sang Gimesi bitters in her ringing voice. This was followed by the honorary provost Mihály Kiszel, Albertirsa and The parish priest of Ceglédbercel, born of Kistarcsa, who consecrated him Statue of St. John of Nepomuk. To conclude our celebration, we listened again to the Vivace Choir. It should be noted that the costs of creating the statue and the environment were covered by the Roman Catholic Parish of Kistarcsa. We would like to thank Varga és Fiai Kft.
