A waste of their site no information up there I would have wondered! Although there is nothing surprising about this as there are people in the offices wondering that they can turn on the machine ......

Disaster! An appointment must be requested but is not possible via the website or the customer portal! They don't even pick up the phone! There is applause for them too ....
