★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Három hete, amióta a nagy egyesülés megtörtént, alig működik a hitelkártyám, őket pedig nem lehet elérni. A telebankon egyszerűen nem veszik fel a telefont, a fiókban pedig 20-an voltak előttem, nem volt 2 órám kivárni munkaidőben. Ha már elcsesznek egy ilyen átállást, legalább lenne elég ember arra, hogy kezeljék a panaszokat de el se lehet őket érni.
 Three weeks since the big merger, my credit card has barely worked and they can't be reached. The telebank just doesn't pick up the phone and there were 20 in my drawer and I didn't have to wait 2 hours during office hours. If they had already made such a change, at least there would be enough people to handle the complaints, but they could not be reached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020-ban: az ügyintéző hölgy a kollégáknak mutogatja a számlám, kérés nélkül elmondja a véleményét, lekezelő stílusban. Gúnyolódó megjegyzéseket tesz, hogy ez neki mekkora plusz munka. De azért az időkorlátos ügyintézés közben egy magán jellegű telefonbeszélgetés is belefért neki. Végig hisztizte a 15 percet, amennyit az ügyem igénybe vett. Vicc! Soha többet Takarékbank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még az 1 ☆ is túl sok, valahol a föld legmélyén van az ügyintézés szintje! 2 hónapja próbálok megszabadulni tőlük, de a dilettantizmus magas szintjén vannak az ügyintézők, ezért az van elintézve, aminek én magam utána járok és elintézem! Aki csak teheti meneküljön tőlük, vagy eszébe se jusson náluk kikötni!

Egy egyszerű kp befizetés gondot okozott az ügyfélszolgálatosnak és tükröződött az arckifejezésén, hogy a háta közepére nem kíván engem se és a munkahelyét se. Takaréknak jobban megkellene fizetni az alkalmazottakat, hogy lelkesebbek és kedvesebbek tudjanak lenni! Vagy ‘hogyan legyünk jó ügyfélszolgálatosok’ tréning!!
Very bored and grumpy service received. A simple kp payment was a problem for the customer service representative and was reflected in his expression that he did not want me or his job in the middle of his back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én egyszer telefonon kértem segítséget a központtól és miközben épp a problémát vázoltam fel rám csapták a telefont egy olyan megjegyzéssel amit ide inkább nem írnék le. Az igazsághoz hozzá tartozik, hogy azonnal visszahívtam őket de a következő aki felvette már nagyon kedves volt. De azért az, hogy rám csapja a telefont és közben mondja amit... Ahhoz már kell egy értelmi szint! Na ilyen emberek is dolgoznak ott!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank I’ve visited till date. Is this bank is only for Native Hungarian. If not so then why don’t have any options of English in ticket machine. I have to use my Google translator to see inscription in Screen. Isn’t that joke. When bank has already changed the name why it’s not mentioned or changed in google map. It’s totally disgusting. I don’t want to visit them but My university has Account on this bank. Maybe they will focused on English speaking customers too. Or at least they can upgrade their tickets or coupons machine to English too. Till that date only one from me.
